Spring is springing! Close Knit is stocking up on new spring and summer blends and new summer patterns. Rowan #39 has many exciting new patterns and is beautiful as usual. Our new Rowan yarns are on thier way. Louisa Harding & Debbie Bliss yarns are some of our favorites. We now have Artful, On-line, Tahki-Stacy Charles, Filatura di Crossa, Colinette yarns, and Addi Turbo needles added to our current selections with many new knitting publications including the new "Happy Hooker" crochet book.
We are thrilled to have Leigh Radford join us this spring with a knitted cupcake class, which is featured in her new book "One Skein". Leigh will also be teaching an introduction to intarsia class with her design - a wonderful drawstring bag. Be sure to enroll early as these classes will fill quickly! Judy, Liz, and Robert are new instructors for us this term with some great offerings in crochet and knitting. A fun event is coming up after shop hours on April 1st. An Anny Blatt fashion show. Our West coast rep., Joan Fish, will present this collection of stunning French fashion. Enjoy a glass of wine and be prepared to relax and see some amazing garments. April 1st, 6:30-8:30.
